Indoor rowing workouts at the South Park Community Center are Tuesdays evenings and Saturday mornings. Please contact the South Park Community Center at 206-684-7451 for more information and to sign up.
On the water rowing for adults will begin again on March 1st. Coached practices will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The schedule may vary somewhat depending on the tides.Membership dues for Masters is $250 per season (March1st through November). Membership includes 3 coached sessions per week and unlimited use of club equipment (once you have been checked off for safety). This does not include entry fees for regattas.
All indoor rowing classes held at the South Park Community Center are a separate cost. (Note: classes at the Community Center are run by Seattle Parks Department and are not a part of Duwamish Rowing Club. However; many of our members do participate in those classes and our coaching staff also teach the classes.Youth rowing this year will run from June to September. The goal this year will be to end the season with participation in the Green Lake Extravaganza Regatta. Youth rowing is available to those ages 13 and up.
