Coach Arianna first joined the rowing community as a walk-on coxswain for the University of California, Berkeley in her freshman year (2008). After 4 years of coxing for both the Lightweight and Heavyweight Men’s teams, she landed her first coaching job as the Middle School and Learn To Row coach with Artemis Rowing out of Oakland, CA.
Since then, she’s coached Novice Boys, Novice and Varsity Girls, and Masters for Lake Oswego Community Rowing, Pocock Rowing Center, and Green Lake Crew, with success at both local and national regattas. While coaching, she’s also competed as a coxswain with both Willamette Rowing Club and Green Lake Crew.
When she’s not coaching, you can find her spending time with her husband and daughter, cheering for the 2016 Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots, and following Cal sports teams (Go Bears!).
