Winter Training (Nov - Feb)

Want to get your winter workout on? The youth team trains together to prepare for Regionals in May, and masters have options for training individually or informally with others.
YOUTH
Youth training is currently being organized. Check back for details (or current members can check Team Cowboy).
MASTERS
Most training takes place at the South Park Community Center. Stay tuned for possible group cardio training at the Tukwila Community Center.
  • 7 ergs @ South Park Community Center are always available for individual or group use any time the center's open.
  • The Tues night "erg only" group class always welcomes more participants. People rotate on & off the ergs if more than 7 people attend.
  • If DRC rowers are interested in erging together at some other day & time, they can speak up/self-organize.
  • Existing members can also take advantage of the ergs in the DRC Boathouse shed.
